When a resident does move and the prospect landlord/property manager calls to ask for a tenant reference, we are required to be truthful. We ask our tenants - please help us help you, by thinking ahead to the type of reference you would prefer us be able to share with the decision-makers of a future property you are interested in.

The landlord/tenant relationship is a two way street. The role of property managers can be challenging. We very much appreciate tenants who make everyone’s circumstances easier by paying on time and communicating well.
