Fred is one of Born Property Management's virtual assistants working from the Philippines who helps out in following up on maintenance requests and making sure that our vendors resolve them in a timely manner. He began working in July of 2019 and some of Fred's other responsibilities include scheduling showings, lead generation, and online chat support. He has been in the customer service/support industry for over10 years now and is still enjoying the journey.
